We accept four kinds payment:

      (1) Paypal \ Credit card

      (2) Western union

      (3) MoneyGram

      (4) Bank transfer(T/T)

But do not accept payment by Moneybookers for the moment.

Once submit the order, you'll see the information to make payment. You can make payment by Credit card / Debit card via Paypal. Our Paypal is wholesale_fromchina@yahoo.com (please don't send email to it, contact service@top-dresses.com if any question, thank you!)

Tips for using Paypal: We don't accept the payment that the one who makes payment is in different countries from the consignee.

We prefer Paypal to pay(if you have a credit card, just register a Paypal and attach your credit card with your paypal), you can also pay through Western Union(now many people pay through Western Union) or Money Gram.

You can find your nearest Western Union location on www.westernunion.com, tell us the Western Union control number and sender's number so that we can receive the money in China.

Money Gram needs the same information and you can find your nearest Money Gram location on www.moneygram.com.

Frequently asked questions about payment

1. I want to make payment by Credit card but don’t want to register paypal account, is that OK?

Sorry, considering the international payment safety, now we do not accept direct credit-card-payment. You can just choose payment way of Paypal, then click "pay" button and there will be a webpage you can register a Paypal account. You can attach your credit card with your Paypal, then you will be able to pay with your Credit card.

2. I have credited balance from my previous order how can I use it in my new order?

When place an order, there will be an option you can enter to use your balance.

3. Why is there only US price in your website? I’m not from USA how can I pay you US dollars?

US dollar has the best negotiability in the world. Every currency can be exchanged to US dollars. If your primary currency is not USD, you can still pay us USD in Paypal or Moneybookers. For Western union, other currencies will be exchanged to USD then be transferred to us. For T/T, you can also pay us US dollars.

4. Why the amount you received is less than what I paid in Bank?

Besides transaction fee in the bank you make transfer, also, there may be some third party bank charge you in the process of telegraphic transfer. That's because, if the bank in which you make payment has not business relation with our bank, then payment may be sent to a third party bank first, and then send to our bank. If this happen, the third party will charge the transaction fee from the payment, so the payment time will be longer and tne amount we receive will be less than the amount you pay us.
