Our product quality is good relative to our wholesale prices. Around 70% of our products are same as the photos, other 30% are imitated from fashion magazines.
Our products are suitable for competitive-priced, non-high-ended market. Suggested selling prices are listed in below question.
3. How can I know which of your photos have 100% exact products?
Most of product photos are shoot by our own camerist. A little part of photos are from magazine, you can easily distinguish them.
4. What would be the suggested retail price (M.S.R.P.) of your merchandise?
The regular mark up can range from 50% up to 300% of the wholesale price. You could purchase a fashion dress for $8.00 and sell it for $40.00 (400% mark up) and you probably should not sell it under $12 (50% mark up).
** Retail prices differ depends on countries / locations / your price strategy / targeted markets. E.g. some of our clothes are retailing at:
- US$45 in Singapore, Tokyo Japan.
- US$16 in online shop from Thailand.
5. Do you have a paper catalogue?
As all of our styles are shown on the website, and goods stock level changes everyday, we regard our online shopping cart as our catalogue. We do not issue paper catalogue.
6. How often do you add new styles to your line?
We update about 40-80 styles each day, except statutory holidays. Our goal is to bring all the latest fashions and trends to retailers with the speed and ease of e-business. That’s why our selection is so dynamic.
7. Are the wholesale prices displayed bundle or unit prices?
Prices displayed are single unit wholesale prices. (Part of lover suits are 2pcs. Please check descriptions of each item)
8. How is your sizing, do you carry special sizes, are these junior sizes?
90% of the summer clothes are in One size (free size), but for spring/autumn/winter wears, there're S, M and L sizes. Usually there're detail sizes for each style in the descriptions. Free size usually means size M, but since it’s loose design for summer, may also fit for person on size S and L . Also we have part of plus size items, there are sizes XL, XXL, XXXL, or even XXXXL.
To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have included a link to our
Size chart. Most of our summer wears are made with some Spandex which is elastic.
9. What does free size mean? And for the size in your country, will it be small in western country?
Free size usually means M size in China, but maybe S size in western countries.
10. Whether it is possible that make your sizes bigger?

11. Sometimes i found there's not only one pc in the picture, how can i know which are you selling?
Just check the title. if there's "two pieces" or "twinset" in the title, then we sell two pieces . Otherwise, we sell only one piece. But for lover shirt, all the listing price is for two pieces.
12. Are all your merchandise immediately available?
All styles in our site are available when we upload it. But we sell more than 8000pcs per day, so part of the styles will be not enough ready stocks. It takes about 3 days for us to get them from our factory.
13. Is your merchandise used?
No, we provide our customers with wearable quality of merchandise none of our fashions are seconds.
14. How long will the out-of-stock items be restocked?
We are not sure about it, but for Hot-sale styles, we’ll restock A.S.A.P.
15. Do you have your own factory?
We have our own factory, but can't manage to produce so many, more than 10000 styles. So we have several cooperation factories. We are long-term partners.
16. Usually how much weight for each item?
Usually gross weight of summer wear is 0.25~0.3kg per item, and 0.7~0.9kg per piece of jeans; 0.3~0.5kg per item for Spring/Autumn wear; 0.7~1.1kg for winter jacket/coat.
17. What’s T/C material?
It’s Mixed material of Cotton and Polyester. Usually it’s 35% cotton and 65% Polyester.

21. I want to make payment by Credit card but don’t want to register paypal account, is that OK?
Yes sure, it’s OK. You can just choose payment method of Paypal, then click “pay” button and there will be a webpage you can enter your credit card information. If anybody used Paypal in your computer before, you need to clean all the cache of your browser, then can pay by Credit card successfully. Here’s a guideline how to operate it:
22. I have credited balance from my previous order how can I use it in my new order?
When place an order, there will be an option you can enter to use your balance.
23. I’m from Egypt, which payment way you suggest?
We suggest making payment by Western union or bank T/T.
24. Why is there only US price in your website? I’m not from USA how can I pay you US dollars?
US dollar has the best negotiability in the world. Every currency can be exchanged to US dollars.
If your primary currency is not USD, you can still pay us USD in Paypal or Moneybookers. For Western union, other currencies will be exchanged to USD then be transferred to us. For T/T, you can also pay us US dollars.
25. Why does the amount you received is less than what I paid in Bank?
Besides transaction fee in the bank you make transfer, also, there may be some third party Bank charge you in the process of telegraphic transfer. That’s because, if the bank in which you make payment has not business relation with our bank, then payment may be sent to a third party bank first, and then send to our bank. If this happen, the third party will charge the transaction fee from the payment, so the payment time will be longer and the amount we receive will be less than the amount you pay us.
Section C Shipping
26. What delivery company you use?
Registered mail, EMS, TNT, DHL, and XHD(Express line).
Also you can appoint your own agent if you want, just do following steps:
Place order online and make payment. After finish preparing, we’ll inform your agent to pick goods from our storehouse.
27. What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rate is counted by China EMS (international Express), TNT(CN), DHL, or Registered mail, base on parcel weight. Also we provide Air Cargo shipping, and sea shipping. You may see the details in
Shipping Rate Chart.
28. Why the shipping rate for my order so high /low?
Shipping rate base on weight of parcel. So shipping fee will be higher if the weight is heavier.
29. How long will it take to get my order?
Since receive your payment, we’ll start to prepare goods. Usually we take 3-5 days to finish the preparing and then send out. If all your items are in stock, we'll send it in 24 hours after receive payment. But if several of your styles are out of stock provisionally, we’ll take 3-5 days to get it from factory.
30. Why is it that when receive the tracking number of EMS, I can't check it on website of EMS?
EMS usually has delays on updating the information on their website. So please be patient and check it some time later.
31. How can I know the shipping fee for a selected item?
All shipping fees are counted by our system. You can try to add the items to cart then click “check out”. Before submitting the order, you’ll see the shipping rate.

32. Do you have any minimum quantities or order amount requirements?
No minimum order at this time.

35. How can i change my order?
If you have already submitted the order, just
contact us to change it. Our CS will change it for you.
36. What’s your label? What should we do if we want our own label?
We have different label series. The labels may be different in different styles. If you order 300pcs for single style and single color, or order total 5000USD on goods price, we’ll produce and sew your own labels. Otherwise, we can only provide our own labels.
37. If I have submitted my orders, can I still add items to it? How can I change my payment method?
Contact us to add for you or change payment method. Or, you can place a new order and then combine it with your old order.
38. What will happen if there are out-of-stock items in my order after payment?
Usually there are 5% items out of stock. We'll contact you for the out-of-stock items 1-2 days since payment received, and you can provide replacement styles, or just reply us to send out the ready items. We'll recalculate the replacment items and shipping fee. All excess payment, would be credited to your member account for latter using. If you want, we can also refund to your paypal account.
39. Can I confirm stock with you before payment?
Yes, you can contact us before payment, we’ll check and inform you which items are out of stock. But as you know, our stock status is changing every hour, so we can’t promise that the items will be still in stock when we prepare your order.
40. Can I make a sample/trail order?
Yes you can. Just place trail order online and then make payment.
41. What should I do when fail to place order?
You can go on by below steps:
A. Change to other browsers. There’re many browsers you can use, such as IE, Firefox, Google chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.
B. If it still doesn’t work, you can copy the goods list including item number, size and color; send us by email together with your username on our site, and also your full shipping address. We’ll place the order for you and then let you know.
42. Can you separate my order to several packages in order to avoid tax in custom?
Sorry we can’t do this. Usually we send only one package for one order unless it’s too large to be put into one box. If you want us to send two or more packages, please place separate orders.
43. Why my cart is empty when I open it again next day?
Because we our system store the cart in the cache of the browser, so once the cache been cleared, the cart will be empty. If you can’t finish order in one time, just add it to favorites and add them to cart when you can finish order.
Section E Customs
44. Is there any extra charge ordering from you?
We would not place any extra charges other than items actual wholesale price and corresponding shipping fee, to enable shipment. Meanwhile, we would not responsible for any bank charge of your payment. The order price does not include tax of Customs. We'll try our best to help our clients avoiding taxes of customs, but coz of the complexity of different countries’ Customs, we are not sure if your package will pass customs without tax.
45. What can you do to help us avoiding customs tax?
Usually, we’ll declare a low value of your package.
For order price above 250USD, we can provide CO free of charge. This document may help you pass the customs smoothly.

46. Does the certificate of origin show how much worth of items? Whether it can be marked as gifts or samples?
There’s no price in CO.
CO is commercial, it’s for business. So can’t be marked as gift or sample.
47. I’m from Egypt, how about the tax in custom?
To Egypt, usually small package will not be charged tax in customs, and EMS will delivery directly to your door. But for large package, sometimes they'll charge you a little tax. Anyway, we'll declare a very low value of the package (usually 10% of the real value), then it may pass the customs more smoothly.
48. Why DHL charge me tax?
Usually, If there's tax in customs, They will pay the tariff in advance to pass customs smoothly, and then charge you when delivery to you.
Section F Return Policy & complain
49. What about returns and exchanges?
We have a well-established compensation system for unmendable defective /missing /wrong items; full detail can be found in our
Purchase Guidelines. Due to international shipping cost, we do not offer direct return of goods as it is not an economic solution, instead, usually we offer credits for unmendable defective items.
50. Where can I complain if I have problems when receive the package?

Section G Dropship
51. How does your dropship work? Who will be the sender?
Refer dropship page for the details. In order to make the packages pass custom smoothly, sender will neither be us nor you, it will be a person who works in EMS or Post office. For DHL, the sender can only be Wholesale City(without our website address).
52. I’m afraid my customers will know your website if I use dropship?
Do not worry that your customers will know our website. We won’t write sender as ourselves, and there won’t be any information about us in the package.
