Top-Dresses.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

 

Top-Dresses.com accpet returning if there's quality problems with the products, or sent wrong items to you. You should report the problems in 3 days after receive the products we'll advise you how to do. Returning must be in 7 days after receive the products and must be in original condition when return to us.

When the returned package arrives at Top-Dresses.com, we will examine the item, identify the problem, we will ship the correct items back to you at no extra cost. We will handle all the necessary shipping fees (from Top-Dresses.com back to you). Top-Dresses.com will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from you to Top-Dresses.com).

If we discover nothing wrong with returned items , we will promptly ship them back to you. In these cases, you will be responsible for the shipping fees in both directions.
 

Top-Dresses.com offers either partial or full refunds on most items within 3 days of receiving your order. The first step in the refunds process is to contact our Customer Support.

Full Refunds
We offer full refunds on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to negligence on the part of Top-Dresses.com. Damage caused through negligence on the part of third party couriers or on customer misuse cannot qualify an item for a refund.

Partial Refunds
We also offer partial refunds on returned packages that have accessories or parts from the original order missing. In such a case, the price of the missing accessories or parts will be deducted from the refund available to you.
